Hey, does anyone know where I can get some really good aluminum caliper covers for my 2022 Model X? Or would it be smarter to just get mine painted instead? Which option would hold up better over time? Any thoughts?

NEVER EVER install caliper covers.

I learned that the hard way before on my Camaro, there was rust all over the place. If I were you, just powder coat it, looks better and safe from rust.

I’d skip the aluminum caliper covers if I were you, they tend to look fake and can rust. Painting or powder-coating your calipers is a better choice for your vehicle, and it lasts longer and gives you a clean, high-end look. You can add the G2 Caliper Paint Systems too, they are great for a durable finish.

I once tried aluminum caliper covers, and they ended up looking cheap and started rusting pretty quickly. I switched to painting my calipers with a quality kit, and it made a huge difference in appearance.

Yeah, caliper covers just make the rotor look tiny since they make the caliper seem way too big. I had them on before, but ended up selling them, totally not worth it.
