Hey, just curious, did you buy your car used, and is it a salvage title? I’m asking because I heard that cars with salvage titles might not be able to use Tesla Superchargers.

That sounds like a total headache! Tesla should totally cover it under warranty if it’s under that, especially with those low miles. Overcharging claims are tricky, though, hopefully, they’ll reconsider once you push back. Keep pressing them, and maybe get a second opinion from an indie shop...
