My Model X is totally flipping out with this wacky airbag warning light - it’s blinking on and off whenever the passenger seat’s empty. But as soon as someone sits down, it’s like magic and just goes away. Anyone else had this funky issue? Got any idea what’s going on?

My sister had a similar airbag issue with her Model X, where the warning light loved to dance whenever the passenger seat was empty. She joked that it was just trying to get attention. Lol.
After some back-and-forth with Tesla, they found out it was a sensor acting up, and now the only drama in her car is the kids arguing over who gets to sit in the front.

Uhm, so if it the weight sensing pad is not aligned properly or gets pinched, it can cause strange behaviors like the airbag warning light blinking when the seat is empty. You should look into it.
