I haven't used one on my Tesla but I remembered I bought one from Amazon for my Corolla before. I just forgot the name, but there are definitely a lot of good options available there.

I’ve been using HeatShield on my 2022 X, and it fits great. The quality is great and it does a pretty good job keeping the heat out.

I lost my Tesla sunshades in no time too. I ended up getting a set of aftermarket shades that fit perfectly and really help keep the car cool. I can’t remember the brand, but I’ll dig it up if you want.
