So my wife’s Model X got seriously banged up on the side, and the body shop says the frame’s toast beyond repair. Tesla’s saying they won’t certify it even if we fix it up. So we got a lowball offer from CarBrain, and we’re kinda wondering if we’re getting screwed. The car’s got low mileage and a solid battery. Any tips on how to sell it or get a better deal? Thanks a ton!

Ouch, that’s a tough hit! But if the battery’s still strong, you might get more selling it to EV rebuilders or parting it out online. Maybe Tesla won’t certify, but someone else might want those electrifying bits! I hope you sort things soon

So sorry buddy. You can try getting quotes from multiple EV buyers or dealerships for a better deal.

Tough luck buddy
I hope you get a better deal

So sorry man, hope your wife is okay? You might want to get an independent appraisal to see what it's really worth, then try selling privately or to a Tesla salvage expert. And I think you can also ask Tesla about their buyback program
