Long repair time for Model X

My Model X got smashed by a deer five months ago and it's still in the shop! Tesla won't total it, but the repairs are taking forever. Anyone else been through this problem? Any tips on speeding up the process or getting them to total the car? I'm lost.

Why is it taking so long? There's something off with that. It would be good if you'll get yourself a lawyer to handle it since that doesn't seem right.

My homie faced a similar issue with his Tesla after a run-in with a raccoon. He had to wait months for repairs, and the shop kept saying parts were on backorder. He finally reached out to Tesla directly and they were able to expedite the parts. It might help to contact them too, maybe they can speed things up for you.
