Model X 12 Volt battery

My Model X has been in the shop for over a month because of a dead 12 volt battery! Tesla service is clueless and can't give me a straight answer on when they'll get a replacement. I've been fighting for a loaner car and they're giving me the runaround. Anyone else dealt with this battery issue? Any tips on how to escalate this and get my car back?

My Model X was stuck in the shop for weeks because they couldn’t get a new part either. It's tough when the service team seems out of the loop. You can suggest they take a 12-volt battery from another vehicle to test if that’s really the problem. It might help speed things up while you’re waiting for a replacement.
