My mom's 2020 Model X is totally dead! We can't access it through the app and jumping the 12V didn't do anything. It's like a giant paperweight. Anyone else been in this situation? Any tips before the tow truck arrives?

I've heard some people had luck resetting the car by disconnecting the 12V battery for a few minutes and reconnecting it. It might be worth a try if you haven't done that yet.

Ahh I’ve been there with my Model X, one day while driving everything just shut down, I tried not to panic and I had to coast to a stop. It was completely dead, and nothing worked for hours. Just right before the ranger showed up, it magically came back to life, and I drove off. I still can't explain what actually happened.
