Anyone else dealing with a Model X that's constantly blacking out? Our '23 is barely broken in and it's already acting up. Both screens just go dark, and we have to do a full reboot to get it going again. It's super annoying! We're on firmware 2023.12.1, so it's not a software issue, right?

From my experience with Tesla, this could still be a glitch even on newer firmware. You can try a deeper reset by powering off the car for a few minutes or hit up Tesla service to dig into it further.

Is HomeLink working when you trigger it manually? If it only fails automatically, it might be tied to your GPS, which could also be causing those screen blackouts. Sounds like your Model X is just trying to keep you on your toes. Lol

I’d strongly suggest waiting for the next software update, it might fix the issue, even if it doesn’t seem software-related. But if you can't wait, you can go ahead and open a service ticket.

I completely agree! It definitely sounds like a glitch, even with the latest firmware. A deeper reset might do the trick.
