So my 2021 MX has been cruising along just fine without a hitch and I've been absolutely digging it. But yesterday, in that crazy rain, I noticed the headlights don't come on automatically when the windshield wipers are going. They're supposed to kick in together, but now I've gotta remember to flick them on myself when the wipers start up. And then remember to turn 'em off when I park. Any quick fixes for this?

It sounds like the automatic headlight feature might need a reset. You can try toggling the headlights on and off a few times, and like what @Madmike96 said, check the settings in your display to ensure they’re set to automatic.

Absolutely, a reset could do the trick! Toggling the headlights and checking the settings is a pretty smart move.

Sounds like a classic Tesla quirk! If you’re comfortable tinkering a bit, try cleaning the rain sensor at the base of the windshield. There might be dirt or smudges that block the sensor. A dirty or fogged-up sensor can confuse the system and prevent the wipers and headlights from syncing properly. Some glass cleaner and a soft cloth might do the trick. If that doesn’t help, it might be worth scheduling a mobile service appointment, they can recalibrate the sensors pretty quickly.
