I recently bought a used Model X with 70k miles and was initially impressed by its comfort, style, and performance. However, I soon encountered a significant issue: a 'low voltage' message prevented me from starting the car.

Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, including software resets, I was unable to resolve the problem. I contacted Tesla support but found it difficult to reach a representative. After a two-week ordeal, I was informed that both the 12V and high-voltage batteries had failed.

The lack of timely communication and support from Tesla was extremely frustrating. It's disappointing that a high-end vehicle like the Model X could leave its owner stranded and without proper assistance.

While I've enjoyed my previous Tesla experiences, this incident has significantly impacted my perception of the brand. I'm now hesitant to consider another Tesla or recommend it to others.

That's rough man, it's tough when an otherwise great car experiences issues like this, and I totall get why it’s affecting your view of Tesla.

You haven't heard back from Tesla yet?

Try making a Service Request in the app. Roadside Assistance usually works, even if it's slow.

Did you leave a note on the car? I would've already made a Service Request in the app.

Tesla doesn't like phone calls. They use the app to talk to more people at once.

People buy Tesla because of the car, not because of the support and people behind it. :)
