Just replaced my OEM Conti tires on my Model X with a set of Nexen Roadian GTX tires. Got them for a steal and so far, I'm loving them! Great grip, quiet ride, and they seem to handle wet conditions well. We'll see how the 70,000-mile warranty holds up, but for now, I'm stoked. Anyone else tried these tires?

I've heard so many good reviews about that brand. Just make sure to have it aligned and rotated every 5k-10k miles to lengthen the tire's lifespan.

Yes the Nexen Roadian GTX tires are absolutely great! You will enjoy a great grip and a quiet ride, but keep an eye on your range. Sometimes the features we love like better grip can come with a bit of a range trade-off. I think low rolling resistance tires tend to be more efficient for EVs, but it’ll be interesting to see how these hold up in the long run. Let us know how your range does with them.

I recently swapped my OEM Contis for Pirelli Scorpion Zero AS, and the difference in handling and ride has been amazing! Sounds like you're getting similar perks with the Nexen Roadians. The tire shop joked that Teslas chew through tires like crazy, so that 70,000-mile warranty might come in handy. ;)

A friend of mine used the Nexen Roadian GTX tires and loved them for the grip and quiet ride. Just like you said, it's worth keeping an eye on the range, but I think they’ll perform pretty well.
