So I’ve got a flat tire on my Model X and need to lift up just one corner to swap it out. Can I safely lift just that side, or do I need to lift the whole back end? Any tips?

I usually lift the whole side of the car from the rear jack point to rotate the tires.

You can lift just one corner of the Model X, but make sure to enable "Jack Mode" first to disable the air suspension before lifting.

It's fine to lift one corner, just make sure to block the tire on the opposite side to prevent it from rolling.
