My 2018 Model X is refusing to charge at Superchargers! It just sits there like a dummy. I've tried everything - different stalls, reboots, even leaving it in the cold for hours. Tesla service is clueless so far. This is driving me crazy!

I can relate to this, my 2017 Model X sometimes charges slowly in the cold, but it usually picks up after warming up a bit. I did encounter a supercharger station where multiple stalls weren’t functioning, and I had to drive 30 miles to find a working one. It’s odd that Tesla service hasn’t figured it out yet, have you thought about asking them to run diagnostics while you're at the supercharger?

My mom's 2019 Model Y is acting up too. It's taking forever to charge at superchargers, it takes over an hour for just 80 miles. It's frustrating when Tesla service doesn't have answers.

Okay this sounds like an intermittent issue with your Model X charging. Have you had any problems with level-2 charging before? I’d expect a "charge door state" issue to happen no matter what charging method you’re using.

When it does charge, does the supercharging session ever slow down or stop unexpectedly? I’d suggest taking a close look at the charge port with a bright light to check for any damaged, bent, or dirty pins. One of those communication pins might not be making good contact, and that could be causing the problem.

Uhmmmm, have you tried checking the charging port for any debris or damage?
