Netflix freezing is usually a sign the car’s computer is getting overloaded with background tasks. Happens to mine when I’ve been toggling between too many apps or when the LTE signal gets spotty. My fix? Park in a strong Wi-Fi zone, give the screen a reboot, and Netflix should play nice again.
If you’ve already tried resetting and it’s still happening, you might want to report it through the Tesla app. It could be a glitch that needs ironing out in the next software update. Tesla’s been pretty responsive about fixing bugs like this.
In the meantime, have a backup plan, connect your phone and stream Netflix on that if the car’s being stubborn!
