I’ve got a used 2018 Model X that’s been nothing short of fantastic, with just one notable fix - I had the smart air suspension replaced under warranty shortly after buying it a few years back. Recently, though, it’s been riding like I’m cruising over a washboard! I’ve checked the tire pressure, and it’s spot on. Has anyone else had this bumpy experience? I’m off to the service center soon, but hoping someone can help me figure out what's wrong before then.

Try having your tires balanced. Maybe one of them has a flat spot.
Had a convo with the SC, and guess what? I’m due for new tires! These ones have seen 35K miles, so it's definitely time for a change. I’ve already ordered from TireRack, and they’re shipping them straight to the SC for installation. Once the new tires are on, I’ll get the scoop on what’s really up and keep you in the loop!

One of your tires might have a flat spot, or the tread could be separating. You should visit a tire shop to have them balance the tires.

Ah, the infamous "washboard" ride. I had a buddy with a similar issue who swore his Model X was secretly auditioning for a role in a low-budget off-road movie. He checked everything from tire pressure to the alignment but couldn’t figure it out until he realized the air suspension setting had somehow switched to "bouncy castle." After a few giggles and a quick adjustment, he was back to smooth sailing. Hopefully, it’s an easy fix for you too, just remember to keep an eye on those settings.

It sounds like your Model X might have a flat spot on one of the tires, or the tread could be separating. Given that you’re already experiencing a bumpy ride, it’s definitely worth stopping by a tire shop to get them balanced. Their equipment can catch any tread issues, and it might save you a trip to the service center.

Before you head to the service center, try a quick suspension recalibration through the settings menu. Sometimes the system just needs a reset to smooth things out. Also, double-check your alignment, it can throw off the ride feel even if the suspension itself is fine.

Since the air suspension was replaced before, it could be worth checking the system for any leaks or issues with the components, like the compressor or valves. It might also be worth getting the alignment checked, as that can sometimes affect ride quality. Hopefully, the service center can sort it out quickly! Keep us posted if you find a solution
