My 2020 Model X keeps randomly losing connection! It's super frustrating. The app can't find the car half the time, and it usually happens after a charge or update. Any tricks?
 
It could be Tesla's servers acting up, especially after updates. Try a soft reboot on the car and see if that helps stabilize things.

You can try rebooting the MCU, I have noticed that this usually helps with connectivity issues. If it keeps happening after updates, then Tesla service it is.
 
With my 2020 Model X, particularly following updates, I have had similar issues. Reversing the car's network settings proved to be one of my aids. You will have to re-connect to your Wi-Fi network after doing this, but usually it solves ongoing connection issues. Make sure your Tesla app is current as well; sometimes old versions cause communication problems.
