If the noise increases with the speed, then yes, you have a tire that's not ok. Do you have a spare one? Replace the tires one by one with the spare one, and see if the noise goes off. This way, you will identify "black-tire", too. gl!

Did you have any updates recently? Sometimes, OTA soft updates can mess things up. I remember I got an update a while ago and because of it, the electronic power steering system started to misinterpret road conditions. The car was acting like crazy.
So, if you have the alignment done in Low suspension mode, then keep the vehicle in that mode when you drive. Alignment should always be set in the height you most frequently use while driving. If you choose to lower the suspension, then expect increase in negative camber.
I am more into newer models. As you said, since it is 2020, you will never know how it will keep up with the tech updates. Companies tend to "take care" of newer models on this part. In this case, Model Y is the winner.
