My 2021 Model X front passenger seat controls are being super finicky. The horizontal lever's doing its job, but the vertical lever and button are totally dead, even though the relays are clicking away. I'm leaning towards a fuse issue or a loose connector, but who knows? Has anyone else run into this nonsense? Any genius tips to get this thing back to normal?

I haven’t faced that issue myself, but it does sound like it could be a fuse or a loose connection. Maybe try checking the fuses first? If you’re comfortable, take a look at the wiring underneath the seat too. Hopefully, someone here has some genius tips to help you out.

My friend's Model X seat controls were acting up too. After checking everything, we discovered a loose connector under the seat, which was causing the problem. I recommend checking those connections first, and if that doesn't work, a fuse issue might be the next step.

frustrating! I didn’t know the seat controls could act up like that. Have you tried rebooting the car yet? Tesla fixes always seem to start with a soft reset, but I’m curious if it could be something like a blown fuse too.
